Its a really great question and as someone who naturally wants to "push through" the requisite breaks and deprive herself of rest, I'm not sure I have the best answers, but here goes...<br /><br />There comes a point when I have to remind myself that resting IS what I am supposed to be "doing" right now. Resting is actively moving me closer to my goals by allowing me to re-focus and rejuvenate.<br /><br />Ironically, It was motherhood that simultaneously taught me this lesson and complicated its execution.
