26. Happy Hour

In the interest of being self-loving, I gave myself what I knew my body really needed this morning, I allowed myself one more "HAPPY HOUR" of sleep rather than getting up early to write.

Sometimes the best thing to do is to NOT DO so much. To know when you need to rest, when to slow down, it’s all part of the cyclical nature of life. There’s a time for being awake and there’s a time for sleeping. There’s a time for working and there’s a time for resting. There’s summer and then there’s fall.

Listen to your body. It will tell you what you need. And if you don't listen... you're going to end up having a lot of unhappy hours.

Soooooo....Since I got to enjoy a “happy hour" of sleep, I thought I’d give you all sort-of “happy hour” too!

A happy-hour-inspirational-quote-cocktail!

Enjoy responsibly.

Mix this up in yo’brain…

“You get to be HAPPY; you get to have what you REALLY want. Because it is by following your true desires that you best learn the lessons that life has to teach you – for we do live in a perfect universe.” – Kathryn Bild, Acting From A Spiritual Perspective

“Just keep this fact in mind, and remember when your plans fail, that temporary defeat is not permanent failure. It may only mean that your plans have not been sound. Build other plans. Start all over again… Your achievement can be no greater than your PLANS are sound.” – Napoleon Hill, Think & Grow Rich

“Be kind to yourself as you learn.” – Peter Pamela Rose

“Those who label others as selfish are actually concerned with their own well-being… depending upon others to live “unselfishly” is still depending upon others.” – Mike Dooley, Tut’s Universe

“Be compassionate and understanding, patient and loving with the body as it is trying to adjust to new belief systems and patterns of vibration… Get enough rest, believe in your health, exercise and stop worrying.” – Lena Stevens, The Power Path

“For sleep, riches and health to be truly enjoyed, they must be interrupted.” – Jean Paul Richter, writer (1763-1825)

Wishing you all many, many happy hours today and in the days to come.

Take care,
Virginia
